  • Do you have trouble thinking before you act? Impulse control is the ability to pause before acting on your first instinct. Learn why this is important and about the Power of Pause and how to use it to make wiser choices.

  • Learn how to store information in your your "mental notepad". You'll learn ways to improve your memory so you can get better at remembering instructions, solving problems, and following conversations.

  • Learn how to be a mental shape-shifter by accepting changes as they come along. You'll learn strategies to be more flexible when faced with changes.

  • By the end of the lesson, you’ll understand how to break down tasks into manageable steps and use strategies to complete them efficiently.

  • Lastly, learn how planning and organizing can help you reach your goals. You'll discover stratgies to help you figure out what you need to do, when to do it, and how to keep everything in order.
